A herbal supplement, Tibetan Rhubarb is derived from the roots of the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateua's Rhubarb, grown wild at an altitude of over 3000 meters (10,000 feet) above sea level. This characteristically yellowed-hued natural herbal extraction, fragrantly bitter in taste, contains ingredients that are excellent dietary supplements for the promotion of normal skin functions. It is also a mild aid to regular bowel movements and an improvement in skin tone.

1 sachet (5mg or 0.2 oz) per serving. one to two servings per day. Use with discretion.

Dissolve in approximately 200 ml (7fl. oz) warm water to taste and stir.
